Starting this journey from my own basement, I turned a personal mission into a community-focused organization, empowering people to reach their full potential. Today, I’m proud to lead a dedicated team that prioritizes compassionate care, independence, and a true sense of belonging.

Milestones started as a vision born out of necessity—a need to support my loved one with special needs. What began in my basement soon evolved into a comprehensive organization dedicated to helping individuals with developmental and intellectual challenges find independence, dignity, and joy. From day one, our mission has been clear: to create an environment where every individual can thrive, supported by a compassionate, skilled team. Today, we continue to grow, fueled by the belief that everyone deserves quality care and a chance to reach their fullest potential.
